riccnael The Initiation of New Members is one of the 11 rituals of Phi Sigma Kappa. All rituals, except for The Funeral Service and The Public Lecture, are divulged only to members of the Fraternity.
After sucesfully completing The Initiation of New Members ritual an Associate Member becomes a First Degree Brother.
