The Kappa Chapter of Phi Sigma Kappa was founded in 1899. Located at the Pennsylvania State University, Kappa Chapter is one of the oldest fraternities at PSU. Kappa Chapter is located at 501 South Allen St.

Superstars
Phi Sig Superstars is a philanthropy started by the Kappa chapter in honor of a brother, Vincent S. Sandoe, who passed away. The philanthropy is held every year during the Spring Semester, where "teams" of students get together and engage in a myriad of activities all to raise money for Leukemia.
